How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to your account at Housebean.com and select the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Provide your order details — sharing the order number or invoice will help us locate your purchase quickly.

  3. Attach product images if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  4. You may request either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Please note: If the product you received is correct and in perfect condition, but you wish to return it for personal reasons (change of mind, size, color, etc.), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.


Common Return Scenarios

1. Product Mismatch

If you received a product that does not match the description or image on our website, please inform us immediately.
Common mismatch reasons include:

  • Color variation

  • Incorrect size

  • Different product received


2. Product Replacement

If you wish to replace a product after realizing you wanted a different one, you can request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost. Additional shipping fees may apply for orders from Alaska and Hawaii.


3. Damaged Products

All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear images of the damaged product along with your order number.
Our support team will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. Incomplete or Missing Items

If you ordered multiple items and found any missing upon delivery, please contact us immediately with your invoice copy. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed for the missing item(s).


Non-Eligible Return Conditions

Certain situations make an item ineligible for return or refund:

  • Returned items are found to be damaged or altered by the customer.

  • Invoice or order details are missing or incomplete.

  • Unrelated or fake claims — issues not applicable to Housebean products.

  • Return or refund requests made after 30 days of delivery.

A 25% restocking fee may apply to specific items or for orders refused at delivery.


Cancellation Policy

  • All order cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled; you must follow the return process instead.


Refund Processing Time

  • We initiate all verified return/refund requests within 48 hours of receiving them.

  • Once approved, the refund is processed within 10–15 business days.

  • If your refund amount appears lower than expected, please contact our support team for review.
